I have used Get Taxi for a couple of days. It is so convenient. You get taxis very quickly, you can see live where they are, plus you meet nice people !
Works like a charm and is very useful, Id recommend it to anyone I know

Some bad moments

Use to love this app but since ios7 is mandatory I know a lot of people that they cant use it anymore.... If you have an iphone4s or iphone4 under ios6 and dont want to updgrade to ios8 (and because you cant choose to upgrade only to ios7 ...) it´s an issue.
I have been using the service in London with the fixed fare. They charged me a lot more than what they should have and their so called 24/7 customer service is surprisingly silent. I feel I have been abused and will never use their service again
I love the app and was using it in all my trips to Russia and uk but since few weeks I have several issues with all my credit cards! I have contacted several times the support and they told me it was fixed but I still cant use them to pay! So I will put 5 stars once they would have a more reliable payment system. In the meantime I am using Uber
This app does not work appropriately - cars appear and disappear and scheduled time is just wrong.. Had to wait 5 minutes to order a cap and wait 15 min until it arrived even if scheduled time said 3 minutes.. You can see easily many many program errors.. A shame!
The app works petty well in Tel Aviv. Their collaboration with taxi drivers seems to be not so well. Many drivers cancel rides or just enter one dollar to the app as the charges are quite high they reported. In the end Gett tries to blame it on their customers and try to force entering a credit card to charge me. No way ! They rather do not blame customers and start negotiating with their partners/drivers. App deleted - will call taxis the old fashioned way from now on.
Literally the worst option. If you have to be somewhere double the time and watch the drivers fumble or sit at McDonalds while you wait forever for them to arrive. Just get Uber.
