Best service

Use to love this app but since ios7 is mandatory I know a lot of people that they cant use it anymore.... If you have an iphone4s or iphone4 under ios6 and dont want to updgrade to ios8 (and because you cant choose to upgrade only to ios7 ...) it´s an issue.

I have been using the service in London with the fixed fare. They charged me a lot more than what they should have and their so called 24/7 customer service is surprisingly silent. I feel I have been abused and will never use their service again

Impossible registration à french number from Israël

Overall a good application, but I dont recommend to use it in Israel. Personally had very bad experiences with their taxi drivers, they were rude and drive longer ways. I wrote a letter to the Custom Service - 2 weeks passed : no answer & no help!

Easy booking, management of booked trip

I love the app and was using it in all my trips to Russia and uk but since few weeks I have several issues with all my credit cards! I have contacted several times the support and they told me it was fixed but I still cant use them to pay! So I will put 5 stars once they would have a more reliable payment system. In the meantime I am using Uber
