By far the best.

Next to VIA, Gett is hands down the only service a savvy New Yorker uses. Uber will rob you, Lyft will forget you, Gett will "Gett" you where you need to go. Oh, and their loyalty program is the real deal. I just reached the top tier & I never wait more than 5 minutes for a driver. Did I mention that the drivers are courteous, speak & understand English and obey traffic laws? Brilliant company....

Getting to places is a basic necessity in life and it should not be expensive and gett totally gets it! Idk how their business model works but its great. They are putting more cars in the city than when I started using it which is about a year ago. This app has greatly improved my financial status!

Installed app, requested a cab at 54 & Madison. As the cab approach, it was cancelled by "Customer Care" then my account blocked with no explanation. They dont seem to have a number to call, and want an automatic tip. Ill stick with the professionals. App Uninstalled!!!

Excellent Service, Excellent Customer Service+Support, on time, far, far better than Uber! Uber changes fares as it suits them, and adds on prices! Ive always used GETT and Always been more than satisfied!

I started using Gett this year after my friend mentioned to me regarding this company. Services have been great and particularly love the fixed fare ($9) service provided for going around Manhattan (Gett Deal car only). I am not sure if it is getting too popular or not enough cars, the average wait time is around 7-10 minutes. It is good if you are not in a rush or reserve few minutes earlier. Used it twice, shouldve deleted the app after the first time. I checked the price before booking the ride and Gett was more expensive than lyft and uber but I had $10 referral credit, so the final price shouldve been the same as competitors. I wanted to give it a try. The driver showed up but realized he made a mistake accepting "standard" because he is SUV. I said - fine, cancel it then, Ill take uber. He probably wasnt able to and after wasting some more of my time he ended up taking me where I was going. other than that they guy was nice though. My credit went to $0 but wasnt applied to my bill. I emailed them asking why but never heard back. ...trashing the app. there is no way theyll be able to make it on such competitive market unless step their game up. way to go Gett.

It is an awesome app I use it everyday and I it is very user friendly it is much better than any other ride apps I used like ubber. So thanks
