Ive used Gett for sometime now for rides to airport from Jerusalem...they are always on time, professional, and cars are always clean.

Drivers are high-quality and professional. I love that I can always expect a black car and the Standard prices are reasonable. I refer all of my friends.

Does what it promises

Dint take in any of the credit cards and so dint allow to book cab. Customer support couldnt stop anything. They mentioned they are seeing this issue and are working on it.

One of the best apps to get around in the city

I was told I was going to pay about 31 dollars for the ride and in the end adding whatever came to their minds (cause they never tell you what youre paying for) I ended up paying almost 50 dollars for a ride supposed to be a firm quote! Do not use their service! Theyre dishonest!

Unprofessional and potentially unsafe. Got in the assigned car. Driver dropped me off at the wrong location, a remote strip club in a different borough. Attempted to extort cash to get to the correct location. Customer service was useless.

My account was working fine until I sent my sister a referral and since then I have not been able to get a ride. Every error message when I request a cab says invalid card no matter what card I use its saying invalid

Best app for taxi full stop

The app is good and cab drivers are friendly.

First of all price is right. But the likelihood of getting a car is about 30% Aaaand IF you are lucky to get one, there is a high probability that youll end up with a driver that does not know his sat around NY and is illiterate. I cant tell you how many times the driver had shown up at the wrong address. And when you call them to let them know they are in the wrong location, they get angry and cancel the ride. Calling gett gets u nowhere. And the GPS on their app is absolutely horrible. The drivers DO NOT look at the address you type in. They look for a blue dot in the god which is always wrong. And unless you speak mandarin, good luck explaining anything to ur driver
