Easy to use and works wonderfully in tel aviv

Ive been using Gett now for several months and find it an excellent service. Compared to Uber and Lyft it provides much cheaper rates around Manhattan with no annoying surge prices. Also, I was on a business trip in Tel Aviv and was happy to see that you can get Gett cabs there very easily with the same app. Drivers tend to be professional and friendly, not like some of the weird dudes Im getting at times w/ Uber and the cars are very nice. All in all I really like the app - it works great and provides me with cheap and reliable rides.

Special offer for few days only! Gett service is super efficient. The very good point is there are no surge prices: it means at 6pm during the rush hour while uber and Lyft doubled their fares, gett maintains the same fares. Considering the fact that taking a uber or a lyft occurs almost every time during rush hours, you definitely save a lot of money taking a gett! The only drawback may be the waiting time for a car. I have to wait usually 2 to 10 minutes to get a car whereas it usually less longer with others services.

They are good but scheduled a ride twice and they never showed up. They still charged me for the ride.

Best way to get around NYC and Astoria

Better price than Via most of the time without the bummer of pooling or having to walk to a pickup place. Great drivers and a lot of promo codes for discounted rides

Im very disappointed with Gett. They say that there are no hidden fees or surcharges but after you take a Gett your receipt is filled with them. You actually pay up to $5 or more, depending on the first initial quote, for tax and then black car fee. Additionally, when you refer a friend youre supposed to get a credit, but I have yet to receive it. They said "oh you had to enter a coupon code" but there is no coupon code!!!! Ive received a gett credit before this incidence as well and never put in any code. Last night was definitely my last time taking a Gett. Lyft is the way to go!

Better prices than uber or lyft and the functionality of the app is much better as well. Easier to find/do things in the app. Also really like that the car icon can be changed into a rocket ship.

Best car app in town. Beats the socks off Uber, Lyft, Juno, etc.

Have mostly used for book-ahead rides and experience is terrific. Good communication from driver, good drivers, my prices have always matched quotes. Sometimes a bit longer wait for book-now rides, but Ill use it anyway if at all close for price and quality.
