Good prices for NYC but super slow app! Also takes a long time to get a cab early in the morning and after 10pm. I also once had a car where the license plate did not match the info on the cab. Emailed their customer service to inform them and no response until this day. Its been approx 10 days. They must realise that safety is of utmost importance!

Horrible first time experience taking a ride to the airport. The car stank badly of cigarette smoke. Even worse, the driver was unsafe- parking his car two lanes away from the curb at drop off and then making my kids disembark in the middle of traffic and driving away while I was busy with ferrying luggage to the curb. A complaint to Gett customer service merited nothing more than a scripted brief apology after 3 days. Would much prefer to spend more money and keep my kids safe from stake cigarettes and airport traffic

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I recently used Gett twice in Israel and on both occasions was very impressed with the interface and the service. A scheduled cab to the airport arrived exactly on time and the app notified me if its progress. A call for a cab in Jerusalem brought the car to me within 5 minutes. On both occasions the cabs were new, clean and comfortable with good and pleasant drivers. Gett is the easiest and best taxi hailing experience I have ever had.

Timely and reasonable cost, easy to use app

Yes its cheap. But almost impossible to actually get a car. Not sure if Gett is trying to up-sell to their more expensive offerings or is in desperate need of more drivers, but until something changes look elsewhere for rides.

They are the only ones that have phone numbers for support but it isnt as good as it seems. The people who answer dont resolve problems. They pass them to a supv to whom you cant speak. I used their cars hundreds of times but when I had a single bizarre problem they blocked me. I wrote a half dozen notes, called twice and they did not unblock me. I am happy using Lyft instead but I really wanted to have the option to use them and they wont unblock me. There are also occasional driver issues where they prematurely announce arrival to charge waiting time or dont come to where you are waiting, parking far from you and you have to find them. You always have to call CS to sort out things and they report it to a supv and you eventually get your credit or not. They never want to credit your card. And with this blocking there is noone to whom they let you speak to sort it out.

Every single time I open the app I get an irrelevant promotion. I usually cant get a cab, and when I do, I get more irrelevant promotion to rate you on the App Store – every single time! So there, I did it. One star. You totally earned it.

Great, cheap, awesome driver, no sharing! But it takes me FOREVER to get a ride during rush hour! Please please hire more to meet demand. The best ride sharing there is - I love not sharing a car in the hustle bustle of New York and the drivers are all amazing!!!! I dont know what I would do without this app!!

Weve used this app many times and its always worked well for us. Cars come as promised and drivers are very accommodating. It ends up being cheaper than a regular taxi cab and especially so if you can get one of the $10 black cars. Highly recommend it.

Works well, would like to have a feature to save addresses

The point of these apps is to create more efficiency and a better overall experience for customers. Gett almost completely achieves this feat, but the Uber grasp of the market share isnt allowing for this to completely happen yet. Keep growing the driver base.

Excellent service

As a top status rider, you still make people wait close to an hour before they can book a car? Whats the point of continuously using the app...???? Almost an hour and I still cant get a car, yet I get the bs demand is off the charts. Goodbye Gett. Back to uber / Lyft I go.
