Gett - The taxi app App Reviews

Reserved a ride in tel aviv - when I ordered a fare to airport was calculated to be 158 shekels, in the email after the ride I got a bill for 182 shekels, and when I checked my CC account I realised that Gett has charged me 231 shekels. Bill breakdown is in hebrew so I do not even know what the hell I waa charged for.

It works great. Useful, easy to use. Well done.

This app is as simple as nice and usefull! I cant do without it anymore!

Ihave change my phone number and the app doesnt allow me to modify the phone number in my profile. Please allow phone number modification. Thanks

So far cars are clean and efficient and drivers polite. App has the occasional bug, but works well enough

As tourist this is app must be on your smartphone. It works perfectly, it gives all information you need and taxi arrives quickly. Im very happy with this app. I want add my only complain is: I would like to use also Im other cities! Really a great app

App is good, and makes the job properly. Major problem in the credit card handling. Often when you change country your cards disappear and you need to reinsert them. If you are in Israel this can be impossible as the server seems to reject non Israeli cards. More stars when this issue will be solved.

Good app. Cheaper than uber. Very efficient

I tried to book a ride, but since there werent available taxi, I had to use a different service. But this is fine. The problem is that they made me pay £5 anyway, without any reason, and even after I contacted the costumer service to have a refund, I have never seen again my money. I dont actually care about £5 but its just a shame.

The driver didnt turn up, but I was charged 59 dollars for a ride never made! I contacted several time the customer support but nobodys called me back.

So I decided to try Gett yesterday. Their prices were a bit lower than uber & Lyft. Mind you I took two rides - back and forth. When I received the receipts, I noticed that it wasnt the price I was quoted for AND it ended up being more expensive than uber and Lyft. Additionally, as a first time rider, I didnt receive any promotion to try it. Was surprised that this company did not exceed expectations. Disappointing along really. Wont use again!

The app works well. The promos are really great. Gradually they have introduced more and more drivers so the wait times are totally reasonable. Worth giving them a shot!
